Digital goods are generally final once delivered to your library. Contact support through Account messages if there was a technical error.
On any book page use Report this book. Admins review open reports. Do not upload work you do not have rights to.
Some books require a verified birthdate on your profile and that you are 18+.
Some titles include an audio file. After purchase, open the book and tap Listen. Authors can upload MP3/M4A when publishing.
On a book you own, tap Save offline to store chapters on your device. You can open them later without network. This uses storage on your phone/browser.
